Please read the preorder terms carefully before confirming your order through WhatsApp.
What is a preorder?
A preorder means the item is not ready stock yet. The product is reserved before official release or before it arrives.
ETA is an estimate
ETA may change depending on studio production, supplier updates, shipping schedule, customs clearance, or other delays.
Deposit and full payment
Some products may require deposit first, while others may require full payment. Final payment details will be confirmed through WhatsApp before order confirmation.
Cancellation
Preorder cancellation may not be possible after payment is made, because the item may already be reserved with the supplier or studio.
Price changes
Prices may change due to supplier pricing, currency exchange rate, shipping cost, or studio updates. Final confirmed price will be stated before payment.
Damage or defects
For resin collectibles, minor production marks, paint differences, or packaging imperfections may happen. Serious damage cases will be handled based on supplier or studio policy.
Final confirmation
All preorder details, including version, ETA, price, payment method, and availability, must be confirmed through WhatsApp before payment.
